Silver Dolphin by SilverDolphin324 Silver Dolphin by SilverDolphin324
Yay!

Drawn with a mechanical pencil a few years ago, I still love the sharpness it gives off. Although, it looks more metallic than silver, but whatever... enjoy.

:wow: My... the first time I saw it I never thought it could be traditional art, it's so amazing. The way you shaded it and made the shiny effect near the head... gorgeous. You have a very remarcable tallent.

Pretty...
That's a very impresive dolphin.
I love shiney things, you did a really good job at creating a metalic look.
And considering you did it all with pencil I give 2 thumbs up.

I thought you Photoshopped it at first, but you didn't which is absolutely amazing.

Okay, I am an absolute dolphin lover, have been forever and probably will be forever. My room has dolphin stuff practically everywhere, and I've wanted to be a marine biologist for almost forever. So after all that, not to mention that the detailing that gives it the shine effect is just awesome. How anyone could do that with a mechanical pencil I have no idea. Usually I get fed up with mine before I can do anything creative with them, so I'll stick with the regular lead pencil. Anyways, great job and I must :+fav: it. Which reminds me, I need to go work on my art skills. Great job!

When I first saw it, I actually couldn't believe that this was a piece of art created with a mechanical pencil. The shading is extremely well done (especialy the "shine", which gives the dolphin a realistic finished chrome look). In fact, if not for the natural flaws exhibited on every pencil drawing and your description, I could have believed that this was a photograph!
